Deterministic evidence. Differences come from extracted PDF text. Page and line references point to the stored extraction. Line wrapping and reading order can create noise; inspect the original documents.
Optional interpretation. A model can explain possible significance. Citation validation checks references and coverage, not semantic truth. A reviewer owns the final decision.
Local storage. Documents, results and reviewer notes persist in this local database until deleted. This is a single-user reference deployment. Use non-sensitive material; model mode sends changed text to external services.
